For automations with github.* event triggers, you’ll need to define which repositories will dispatch the associated events. This can be accomplished by clicking the Edit button on the automation’s installation page in the dashboard and selecting desired repositories. The repositories that are available to select depend on which repositories have been granted access to the Github app installation. You can manage available repositories in the Github app installation.
